After writing that title… doesn’t most of life come down to that. Either your meeting your needs or someone else’s. At work, you meet your boss’s needs. If your a CEO or a designer, your meeting your customer’s/client’s needs. So I think the important thing is patients.
I’m not sure if it comes from being optimistic or pessimistic or completely unrelated. But I try to find lessons every where I turn and go. Today I went to two stores, and I get a completely different customer service at each. Best Buy and Apple.
